In October 2021 we reported that CoachHub had taken over French competition Moovone. Well, this year CoachHub is really getting somewhere. According to Techfundingnews, the Berlin company has just completed yet another financing round, this time for $200 M. The digital platform provides talent development in the form of coaching-as-a-service that enables companies to give personalized coaching programs to staff. The aim is to “boost employee performance, engagement, and motivation”, according to co-founder Matti Niebelschuetz. The Series C money will accelerate global expansion along with product innovation, so CoachHub can promise its 500+ clients increased employee engagement and retention, greater productivity, and overall improvement in job performance. The platform already operates in 90 countries in over 60 languages and has over 3,500 certified business coaches.
