Berlin-based AUTODOC SE, a leading online auto parts retailer in Europe, has secured a minority investment from Apollo Funds at an impressive equity valuation of €2.3 billion, according to a press release. The partnership marks AUTODOC's debut on the equity markets and will support the company's strategic plans, including its expansion into the B2B sector.

“This is an important milestone in AUTODOC’s history, and we believe a testament to the industry leading position and platform we have built since our founding. AUTODOC is excited to work with one of the leading global investment firms and a team that brings both capital and strategic value-add to the business,” said AUTODOC co-founders Alexej Erdle, Max Wegner, and Vitalij Kungel, expressing confidence in the new chapter of growth that lies ahead.

As part of the transaction, Apollo representatives will join AUTODOC's board of directors, underscoring a strong commitment to supporting the company's continued expansion and innovation efforts. Apollo's investment also comes at a time when AUTODOC is reporting a robust 26% CAGR in net revenues over the past five years, demonstrating its sustainable profitability and strong market position.

As AUTODOC continues to evolve its customer-centric approach with advanced technology and a wide range of product offerings, the company remains focused on expanding its presence in the European market. The collaboration with Apollo is expected to bring not only financial resources, but also strategic insights that will help AUTODOC remain at the forefront of the automotive parts industry.
