Hey! Money for HeyJobs
Labor demographics are changing in the wake of the Covid pandemic and job retention is becoming a greater issue for companies as employers are more willing to quit. It is in this climate that Berlin startup HeyJobs is pushing the application of AI in talent acquisition. Like Tinder for jobs, HeyJobs matches talent and employers. Using AI for precise qualification targeting, the platform seeks to enable companies to hire quickly and cost-effectively across 100 different professions such as lorry drivers, nurses, or electricians. “In 2021, we were responsible for around 1% of all German hires,” says founder Marius Luther. He and co-founder Marius Jeuck have now raised $47 M in Series B funding, as tech.eu reports.
