In Leaps and Rounds
After bootstrapping since founding in 2016, Berlin’s “people enablement” platform Leapsome has now secured $60 M in their first ever round, as tech.eu reports. The HR platform provides employers with tools to maintain and measure staff satisfaction in order to stave off resignations, driving employee engagement, performance, and development. HR teams use the tools to automate feedback and training. Though already profitable with over 1,000 customers including Spotify and Mercedes-Benz, founders Kajetan von Armansperg and Jenny von Podewils want the investment money (from, among others, Creandum) to break into the US market.
