Katia Yakovleva, John Bonten and Axel Bard Bringéus all used to work at Spotify. Now Sifted reports that they have set up Spoti Angels in Berlin, a new fund for pre-seed and seed investment in startups with products for consumer tech, creators and influencers, and future work. Founders lucky enough to be chosen don’t just get five or six figure sums, they also profit from the rich expertise these three gained in the boom years of the famous music streaming service.
